ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Physiotherapist (Part time) to join The Mater Hospital's award winning Continuous Care Team in the capacity of Lead Physiotherapist.
The team supports patients' throughout their joint replacement journey via telehealth and in person hospital consultations. The successful applicant will also intermittently work on the acute orthopedic ward to provide holistic care.
You will be required to have worked extensively with patients undergoing joint replacements, have the ability to supervise other therapists and work with external stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Senior Physiotherapist, you are a master in rapport building, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and leadership.
Your skills will include:
- Minimal of 5 years hospital/private practice experience in orthopedics
- Experience in providing telehealth services and or treating patients in the post-operative care phase
- Multidisciplinary approach to holistic patient care
- Clinical management and leadership
- Assistance in workforce planning and service development
- Staff supervision, coaching and mentoring
- High standard off professionalism and communication
