About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining exceptional customer service
- Driving sales and contribute to store KPI's
- Build relationships with our clientele, contribute to customer database, drive appointment bookings
- Assisting with store operations including visual merchandising and stock-take
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 38 hours per week over 5 days at our Jimmy Choo concession store at David Jones Elizabeth Street.
About You
- 3-4 years’ experience in retail industry - luxury retail beneficial
- Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
