About the role
This is a 9 month temporary position within our Revenue Services team. As a Senior Revenue Officer, you will assist in the provision of customer service relating to revenue and rating. Duties may include property and client maintenance, processing of statutory certificates, maintenance of property and rating records, financial transaction processing, sundry debtor and infringement maintenance, accounts receivable processes and daily banking reconciliation. You will also provide assistance, guidance and support to the Revenue team on the daily tasks undertaken.

About you
Ideally you will hold a diploma or degree in Finance with little or no experience, or lesser formal qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Finance or similar qualification in business. Extensive experience and understanding of Revenue Collection and Financial Administration processes in a customer service environment is essential, together with experience and understanding of financial concepts.
The successful applicant will have an ability to interpret and understand various legislative requirements, including statutory requirements and conveyancing procedures or show a willingness to learn.
