Key accountabilities of the role are:
- Respond to technical enquiries both in writing and over the phone, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Analyse and interpret bulk data to identify risks and support treatment strategies.
- Contribute to workforce management planning and coordinating staff workloads.
- Coach and mentor staff including identify training needs and coordinating development activities.
- Analyse, interpret and apply relevant legislation and policy on complex revenue and taxation matters within a client focused team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- High level interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capability to use information to improve work practices that support a high performing team.
- Ability to develop a working knowledge of digital and data technology/ systems.
- Ability to review and analyse data and legislation to make sound decisions.
- Understanding of the principles of risk-based decision making.
