You'll be responsible for:
Collaboration with the broader 1st Line of defence, Risk & Compliance teams, providing insights into ongoing reporting in areas such as risks incidents, issues and controls.
Providing analysis of thematic risk and compliance issues arising from control assessment results, compliance incidents, breaches, risk incidents and operational losses, escalating to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the preparation of topical risk analytics and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team
Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
Support on a range of activities including engagement with business related to integrated assurance and reporting, as well as continuous improvement opportunities and risk culture initiatives.
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
Experience in an analyst, audit or risk and compliance role for a complex, matrixed general insurance, or financial services organisation.
Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
Understands customer insights, feedback, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
