With an increased focus on these key factors, my client is looking to hire two electrical & control systems (automation) engineers, who will be provided with opportunities to grow into leadership positions and take ownership over NPD projects. Reporting into the Mechanical Design Manager, you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: Design, development of robot software for the control of robotics arms/robotic application, and the integration of sensors, gears, PLC, HMI etc., across a range of complex machinery. Liaising with the mechanical/software teams to ensure accurate integration, in accordance with mechanical principles & theory. (could be machine design with a range of custom and OTS components) Collaborate with the software, controls, mechanical engineering staff, and higher-level project management, clients, and other stakeholders, in order to understand the requirements, and scope of each custom project.
