Aps5 Project Officer

We have an exciting short term assignment to work with our Federal Government client as a Project Officer within their Events Division.The Opportunity:As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for planning and executing domestic and overseas services. You will assist the Operations Manager in managing operational and logistical requirements, ensuring the smooth delivery of events.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver infrastructure elements and logistic services.
• Liaise with service providers for infrastructure and transport arrangements.
• Prepare service-specific documentation and operational plans.
• Provide administration and logistical support to the event delivery team.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in building productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work both in-office and outdoor locations.
• Australian Citizenship

Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $55 + super
