The Opportunity
We are on the path of discovery to welcome a new addition to the team, reporting directly to the GM, this person will enjoy all the benefits Bulimba has to offer, in a sensational tech based office space with a diverse sensational team.
Your Role
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliations and invoicing
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficient in XERO
- Daily data entry and maintenance of data
- Scanning, fill storage and regular maintenance of our document management system with CRM
- Management of all office functions on a day-to-day basis
- Communicating with financial service companies in accounts & insurance companies,
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies (including basic supermarket shopping)
- Oversee the onboarding function for new team members
- Having “can do” attitude
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong work ethic
