About the Role

We are looking for Part-Time and Full Time Customer Service Officers who will be responsible for rostering staff to provide a wide range of services to our clients.
Some of these duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure rosters are developed for each pay period and disseminated to staff
- Setting up new client services and making changes to existing client services as required
- Roster Support Workers in accordance to care plans, work orders, employment contracts and other requirements
- Arrange or replace staff and volunteers to cover planned and unplanned absences and advise clients about changes
- Building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to clients
- Maintain all records relating to staff rosters
- Other general reception and administration support as required
About you
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- Previous rostering/booking experience within the aged care or disability services sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused style and approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccinations (primary vaccination course, plus one booster)
- Experience working in a fast paced office environment.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Qualification in Business Administration or similar experience
- Knowledge of client management system TRACCS
- Experience in the Aged Care of Disability Sector
