Well-known brand, this WHS consultancy organisation is growing and seeking a Senior Safety Consultant to join their small but close-knit team. They provide WHS services to business and government organisations and have been in the market for 20 years giving them an excellent well established client base. They have expertise in Construction, rail, manufacturing, transport and logistics along with residential and commercial projects.
The Role
As a Senior Safety Consultant, you would be responsible for providing consultative advice in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training. You will partner with organisations to achieve the best practice when it comes to Safety procedures and ensuring compliance within the business. The Senior Safety Consultant will also be responsible for internal coaching and mentoring and helping to grow the internal team.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualified in Work Health and Safety.
- Experience within high risk WHS is preferrable.
- Relationship building, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of state legislation and requirements.
- Previous consulting experience is required.
