- Analyzing the existing documentation landscape, identifying gaps, and estimating the effort required to complete necessary documentation.
- Collaborating closely with the project team, including Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects, Salesforce Developers, and Integration Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Leading the effort to develop comprehensive documentation, ensuring it aligns with best practices and meets the needs of the project.
- Leveraging your Salesforce Development background and functional expertise to guide the team towards effective documentation and development processes.
- Acting as a catalyst for change by spearheading the transition of documentation from development to production services.
- Providing valuable insights and recommendations for achieving excellence in Salesforce Development best practices.
Proven business analysis experience with the ability to gather and document requirements and translate to the technical team and/or the businessYou have worked on Salesforce projects previously and understand the platform, its potential, and its limitations. Experience working with Salesforce Developers and clearly communicating business requirements to the technical Salesforce team and Salesforce Platform OwnerParticipate in change activities and adopt new ways of working to support organisational changes required to create and sustain IT & technology capabilitiesContinually look at business and system improvements to ensure continual innovation
