ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and understanding business needs, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and playing a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Duties will include (but not limited to) -
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications
- Maintain accurate records of requirements, changes, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by defining data governance standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates and new features.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will portray the following –
- Degree within Information System, Business Administration, or related field
- Salesforce certifications i.e. Certified BA, Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator
- 6+ years experience in a senior or lead type Business Analyst role
- Experience in data migration and integration processes
- Skills in designing tools i.e. Visio, Miro or Figma
- Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Business Analysis certification i.e. CBAP
