About the role

The role is ideal for Senior Business Analyst who have previously worked on Salesforce systems. This role offers a terrific opportunity to contribute to an organisation shaping future outcomes for the community while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Support the development and implementation of the Digital strategy
  • Assist the Digital Product Manager in crafting and delivering our digital roadmaps.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather, validate, and document requirements, analyse data, and define current and target states.
  • Analyse proposed solutions, identify potential issues, risks, and benefits, and conduct change impact assessments.
  • Work with vendors and teams to create functional specifications for solutions.
  • Simplify technical documentation into plain language for team understanding.
  • Support solution implementation and testing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through insights, data, and research.
  • Support change management processes.
  • Produce high-quality written documents and provide input into key reports.
  • Ensure project management activities are implemented in accordance with company policies.

Skills

  • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience with technical implementations of Salesforce systems.
  • Mid-to-advanced experience with Salesforce configurations.
  • Business Analyst background in CRM process design and implementation
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales & Service Cloud) and their functionalities, as well as the ability to model a role hierarchy, data model, and appropriate sharing mechanisms.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
