Relevant experience: 10 + Yrs.
Travel Domain Experience (Must) 3+ Yrs.
· Responsible for determining, documenting, and communicating the functional requirements for software products to meet business objectives.
· Identify requirements by working with the Product Owner and clients utilizing interviews, document analysis, client focus groups, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks and workflow analysis
· Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
· Translate high-level user needs into detailed Use cases and then assist in the development of enhancements by providing guidance to technical staff on the implementation of the requirements
· Create and own functional specifications for new and/or enhanced system development.
· Hold functional specification review sessions with cross-functional team members for review of requirements.
