A leading financial institute based in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Security Architect for a newly created permanent position.
You'll play a key role to drive and further mature the definition and maintenance of the end-to-end architecture for cloud security domain, the execution of architecture design for epics and features of this domain, with attention to non-functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
Defining enterprise security domain framework, domain risk accountability and responsibility governance model
Designing and owning the risk-driven enterprise information security architectures that support critical business initiatives
Drive and further mature the definition and maintenance of the end-to-end architecture for cloud security domain
Capture business contextual architecture and identify business drivers for security
Perform business risk assessment, develop business attribute profile and create policy architecture model
Aligning with companies security principals, standards and guidelines into enterprise security architecture framework
Researching, design and promote new technologies, architectures, and security products to support security requirements for the enterprise
Key Skills / Experience
Hands on experience with implementation of SABSA enterprise security architecture
Demonstrated experience in hands on technical leadership role (Banking & Financial services)
Strong understanding of security domains, industry standards and best practices
Familiarity around risk assessment frameworks and local regulatory requirements such as APRA
Experience with various network security appliances include not limited to network Firewall and WAF appliances- desirable
Cloud experience ideally Azure - desirable
