About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to lead our high performing National Response Centre (NRC) team based in the Melbourne CBD and we are seeking exceptional people leaders who have the skills to achieve operational excellence.
The NRC Team operate around the clock basis and are responsible for covering a wide range of inbound emergency, non-emergency and incident response call services, including outbound dispatch to field resources and a range of employee safety monitoring services for numerous well known Australian businesses.
Our services are response-based solutions supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of our customer's people and their assets and are reliable and efficient to deal with real-time situations.
Why this role matters?
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 15-20 Response Officers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Coach team members to achieve individual performance goals and objectives.
- Drive a positive team culture and engagement by influencing change and promoting good energy.
- Drive quality and ensure compliance with documented business processes.
- Collaborate with the NRC Leadership Team to achieve client care objectives and other business goals.
What will you bring?
- Minimum 2 years' leadership experience.
- Flexible availability on a rotating roster (Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday)
- Ability to inspire, energise, and foster cooperation to achieve work objectives and drive quality.
- Proven track record in coaching, motivating, and developing high-performance teams.
- Strong aptitude for delivering results through others, focusing on process, customer, and people outcomes.
