A particular focus is the Cyber Security sector and a current emphasis is on their customer engagement team. We are now seeking a highly capable Cyber Security Engineer with proven experience in complex implementations and a consultative engagement style.
Your New Position
Will see you operating in a relaxed yet professional team environment dealing with leading technologies into the SME and Enterprise space.
- Your work will focus on supporting existing, valuable customers through support, implementation, consultation/pre-sales processes, business issues profiling, architecture and the design of technical solutions to address these needs.
- At its core, this is expected to develop and maintain key technical relationships with stakeholders within the existing customer network, being seen as the technical expert who can be relied upon to offer innovative solutions and implementations to address their requirements.
To be considered for this role, the following skills and personality traits are essential:
- Check Point experience - CCSA / CCSE preferred, though Palo Alto or Fortnet experience also considered
- Proven Expertise in Security - End Point Protection, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Authentication, SIEM, VA/PT
- Well defined customer presentation experience to individuals and groups
- Superb written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
- The ability to assess business issues and offer customer advice on technical solutions to address these issues from an architecture and design perspective
- Experience working for a vendor or network integrator in the networking and security field
- High motivation levels
- Professional and credible
- A natural flare for problem solving
