About School Infrastructure
School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
About the Role
You will lead a fantastic team responsible for the provision of high-quality, customer focused Security Maintenance services for NSW schools.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the team, monitor work performance and develop team capabilities to meet agreed business priorities and service objectives.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to leverage expertise, respond to, and resolve, complex issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of projects and initiatives as directed to support the achievement of organisational objectives.

About You
As the ideal candidate:
- Have strong leadership experience and experience managing a team.
- Be able to think operationally and strategically to effectively manage priorities.
- Be highly organised, autonomous and a confident decision maker.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be able to deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic manner.
Essential Requirements of the Role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent workplace experience.
- Have a current and valid driver’s license and ability and willingness to travel between work locations.
- Willingness to travel to schools across the state as required.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the value of public education.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of Security Maintenance services.
- Knowledge of, and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
