Job Description
In this Theatre Receptionist fixed term full time role, based in East Melbourne, you will be responsible for supporting the perioperative team in daily operations. You will be part of the Perioperative Services team and report to the Associate Director of Perioperative Services.
You will make an impact by:

To be successful in this role…
You will need to have excellent customer service skills as the initial point of contact via telephone and in person. This administrative role will include administrative duties, including data entry, financial tasks., computer skills are required. You will be organised as well as ensuring consistency with Epworth’s Values and Behaviours.
This is where you talk to the candidate’s soft skills, what they need to bring to the team to be successful. E.g. You will be a born leader with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels etc.
You will have:
- Excellent customer service
- A proactive approach and “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements
- Administrative experience in a health care setting is desired
