Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Receptionist/ Front Desk Administrator, you will be pivotal in managing interactions with our clients, providing exceptional service, and supporting our office’s administrative needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming calls, manage participant appointments and resolving any client disputes with tact and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
  • Handle customer disputes and complaints with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Perform administrative duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing documentation.
  • Support Career Consultants with various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service or reception roles.
  • Strong dispute management and resolution skills.
  • Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
