Role Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to complement our team.
This is a full-time on-site Automotive Service Advisor role located in the Limestone Coast, Mount Gambier, South Australia. As an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle servicing needs, informing customers of service requirements, and making recommendations based on the vehicle's condition and inline with manufacturer's guidelines. You will also coordinate vehicle repairs, prepare estimates, and communicate repair timelines with customers.
Valued Skills and prior experience include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar job role, with a proven track record of success in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and processes
- Proficiency with computer software and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Truck license desireable
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
