One of Australia’s leading Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an experienced to join their Service Designer to join a multidisciplinary team based in their Canberra, Sydney or Queensland office. The successful Service Designer will to work alongside a highly collaborative and passionate human-centred design team to improve the departments experiences for businesses. The successful Service Designer will secure a 12 month contract with a 12 month extension options and a rewarding pay.
The successful Service Designer will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated knowledge of human centred design and experience applying service design methods and techniques
- Experience working with various disciplines to solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement and progress shared deliverables
- Ability to bring together a variety of lenses (e.g. user experience and technical feasibility) to produce actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience working in a team to plan, conduct and synthesise user research activities to inform decision making and reforms.
