Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a Senior Service Designer to provide service design expertise and support to projects and initiatives in our growing First Nations Services directorate.
Based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country, this is a newly created position that leads the design and development of VLA's services to First Nations people and communities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, specifically First Nations employees and community-controlled organisations, in designing, delivering and reviewing practices to better embed a First Nations perspective on all aspects of our work.

About you:

- Highly developed communication, change management and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence, communicate and consult with a diverse stakeholder group.
