- Providing systems and application training to staff and customers
- Managing corporate ICT assets, including laptop, desktop, mobile and digital assets

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in the troubleshooting of complex application and system issues
- Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to respond to customer requests in a timely manner
- Team leadership skills and able to delegate tasks (desirable)
- Experience in training and assist with upskilling peers
- Escalation point between Service Desk Analyst and network engineer/system admin team
