How will I help?
This role is part of our EmPower Up return to work program, created for people who have had career break of 2 years or more and are now looking to return to the workforce.
Thie role will be guiding and instructing Technology (including Suppliers) through the capture and analysis of data, to enable insightful decision making and predictive outcomes tracking..
IPS Run Practice utilises a customer centric operational model with Infrastructure and Service Management teams to ensure that the technology domains are managed with a focus on risk mitigation through improving lifecycle competencies with a goal to maintain audit readiness through continuous compliance, overlayed with a clear understanding of the contractual obligations, driving up the maturity of our delivery models and driving continual improvement using empirical data.
Your role will include:
Working with Service Domains and Suppliers, advise, instruct and facilitate the cadence data and performance around relative scorecard metrics
Identify potential improvement opportunities across the Infrastructure and Service Management Domains
Work directly with Domain leads, Supplier senior leaders and Commercial teams to ensure there is a clear view and understanding of the performance profile for all Infrastructure Domains
Track, facilitate and optimise key continual improvement as it relates to Infrastructure & Service Management Operational management practice
Produce reporting, analysis and information in relation to the Suppliers for Infrastructure & SM leaders
Capture and review data on a regular basis, ensuring data is at appropriate quality and following up any data quality issues to resolution.
Take accountability for ensuring the data analysis and business insights of Technology is managed at “best-practice” levels

What do I need?
Five+ years of relevant IT experience
Excellent data and analytics skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at a Senior and Executive Management level
Experience in predictive data analysis tools such as Six sigma, Control Charts, Lean practices
Experience in gathering and defining diverse Business data and performing Gap Analysis.
Experience in working across technology disciplines
Decisive thinking - proven ability to analyse information quickly and use it to make inform decisions.
