OUR ROLE

As a fabulous Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you’ll join our growing ServiceNow Capability and work with a diverse team, doing rad work for interesting projects.

We’re changing the way our clients think about their work and the ServiceNow platform. We do whatever we can to drive the best possible outcome for our customers – and that means you’ll have the opportunity work across different parts of the software development life cycle. Sure, there’ll be a lot of ServiceNow configuration and testing – but we like to get involved in everything from early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, to hosting requirements workshops, helping work on solution designs and test planning, through to deployment and hypercare activities.

LOCATION

We are open to candidates in locations across the Australian East Coast including Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney or Brisbane.

KEY ELIGIBILITY

As you’ll be connecting with a Federal Government client, we are seeking candidates with a Baseline or higher security clearance.

ENGAGEMENT TYPE

This role is available is available for indivduals seeking either a permanent or contract opportunity.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Ideally, 4+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience. It’s hard to beat time on the tools.
• If you’re already certified as ServiceNow System Administrator that’s a great sign of your ability – so imagine how excited we’d be if you’ve got additional certifications like CIS or CAD
• Perhaps you’re a proper bona fide techie with experience developing with languages/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST and SOAP communication protocols, working with SSL or designing authentication setups SAML 2.0 – let us know!
• We like working across the entire SDLC – so if you’ve got experience defining ServiceNow requirements, building solution design documentation, or running functional workshops, it’d be great to know about it.
• f you’ve got experience with practice/process frameworks such as ITIL, ISO standards, IT4IT, and the like – whilst not mandatory for the role, would be fantastic to have on board
• We’re a high-trust team that aim to help people work however the work most effectively for our clients – and that means you’ll need excellent verbal.& written communication skills, a high level of organisation and time management with the ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment
