- Minimum of 15 years of experience in SharePoint Administration, with at least 5 years focused on designing and developing SharePoint solutions.
- Proven experience administering SharePoint Online environments.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint modern features and capabilities.
- Strong understanding of information architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and user support.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online/OneDrive/O365 environment administration and configuration.
- Familiarity with modern responsive site designs.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
- General knowledge of HTML, modern CSS, and web design.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with advanced web parts.
- Knowledge of React JS is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate
- Experience in script development to execute SharePoint admin activities.
- Australian PR/Citizen/full work rights to work in Australia
- Sydney or Melbourne work location
