The Role
As a result of business growth and new opportunities, we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Key accountabilities:
- Management of safety and quality on site
- Project program delivery
- Leadership and management of all on-site trade activity
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring performance, quality and safety standards are met
- Site planning, setup and coordination of site logistics
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment among on-site personnel
- Coaching, mentoring and fostering career development of staff
A high level of team spirit coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. To be considered for the role you will have:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Ability to manage large teams and drive successful project completion
- Good technical knowledge with excellent programming and planning skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams
