This is for someone who’s been living in the depths of social and across the digital space. All over the latest trends, memes and TikToks, you’ve perhaps even dabbled in the world of influencers. You’re a strong believer in the power of social media and community management to change hearts and minds, and drive sales. You love the hustle of a super fast-paced environment and thrive in a role where you can bring ideas to life on billions of screens. 

Where you come in is to build the bridge between brands and consumers. You’re a modern Social Strategist, articulate in your communication and with a solid understanding of both brand and marketing fundamentals. With your knowledge of end-to-end customer experience, you’ll be able to pull this into a cohesive strategy built on a clear narrative. You’ll bring the consumer’s world to life for creative teams and clients. With fantastic communication skills, you can support teams to craft social content and more, and craft decks to detail out ideas and insights that are clear and sellable. Coming from an agency background, you fully grasp the technical aspects of creating content as well as understanding the digital consumer journey.

With oodles of natural initiative, you’ll be able to break down complex tasks to create clarity. Self motivation is key here, and with at least 5 years’ experience working in the Australian market, you’ll bring an element of energy and enthusiasm to hit the ground running.
