Job Description
We are on the hunt for an ambitious and experienced Social Content and Media Strategist who is keen to build a strong and successful career, working across some of Australia's most iconic brands.
Day to day in this role, you'll get to:
- Think independently with the ability to craft and deliver high quality strategic Content and creative social media campaigns end to end.
- Drive the strategic thinking across organic social and paid media social strategies across our client portfolio.
- Partner with your key clients, providing superior account management support to nurture and grow their communication strategies and business objectives.
- Use your excellent social media strategy, project management and content creation knowledge to elevate the creative output for your clients.
- Be a mentor to the junior members of the team, extending your knowledge and expert advice to drive excellence across your clients.
- Be curious, seeking out social media trends and emerging platforms and how they relate to and impact our clients.
- Work side by side with some of the best in the business, a successful, fearless, and welcoming team.
The person we're looking for has/is:
- Prior experience working in a communications agency or client-side in social media.
- Strong experience executing paid media campaigns across social media platforms.
- Ability to drive lead generation and to optimise and strategically develop solutions for your clients.
- Someone who loves building solid relationships and goes the extra mile for our clients.
- A wiz at analysing media data, Google Analytics and 3rd party data, and enjoys providing strategic recommendations based on these insights.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Someone who enjoys deep diving into their clients to really understand their business, their competitors, and the cultural, social, and political landscape impacting social media.
- Someone who is passionate about social and digital media, the industry we work in, and the brands we work with.
