About this role
This position provides advanced social work services to consumers residing in Mental Health Hostels within the Community Mental Health Service; functions as case manager undertaking clinical assessment and treatment, including the support of NDIS services; contributes to the development and monitoring of social work services; provides a liaison and advisory service within the multi-disciplinary team as well as to other agencies and stakeholders; provides professional supervision and support to allocated Social Workers and students within the community mental health service.
This role reports to the Service Manager.
