About the role
The Social Worker will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide support and care coordination for children and families within the ADHD and Behavioural Management Clinic across Western NSW Local Health District.
The Senior Allied Health Professional is an integral part of the ADHD and Behaviour Management Clinic multidisciplinary team, providing high quality services to clients and their families within Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.
The Social Worker will be involved in the development and implementation of the piloted ADHD and Behaviour Management Clinic for Western NSW LHD.
