What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of groundbreaking software and applications solutions that challenge the status quo.
• Drive innovation through unconventional thinking and a passion for pushing technological boundaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement innovative software systems.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.

What We are Looking For:

• Extensive experience in Software Engineering with a record of accomplishment of delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or C++ along with a deep understanding of software design principles.
• Experience with Python and/or Cuda would be highly regarded.
• Interest and experience in the Application and Services domain.
• A bold and visionary mindset with a willingness to challenge conventional wisdom and explore innovative ideas.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A passion for learning and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Australian citizen with the ability of obtaining a security clearance.
