Form of workAs the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the technical aspects of our clients' projects, from frontend and backend development to DevOps and mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of projects impacting the wider community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, design scalable architectures, and prioritise development tasks.
- Drive the development and implementation of frontend, backend, and DevOps solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Design and develop frontend applications using TypeScript, React, and Piral (Micro-frontend) frameworks to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Architect and develop backend systems and microservices using Node.js, .Net, and other technologies to support our growing portfolio of products and services.
- Implement and optimize DevOps processes and toolchains using GitHub, Azure / Azure DevOps, Pulumi, and NX to automate deployment, testing, and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with mobile development teams to build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin, Android, and iOS technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software development and DevOps roles, with a focus on leading and mentoring teams.
- Expertise in frontend development using TypeScript, React, and Piral (Micro-frontend) frameworks, with a strong emphasis on building scalable and modular UI components.
- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, .Net, and microservices architecture, with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, including GitHub, Azure / Azure DevOps, Pulumi, and NX, with a focus on CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing.
- Experience in mobile development using Xamarin, Android, and iOS platforms, with a track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A baseline clearance is desirable.
Note: Onsite role, with some work from home, candidates should be SA based or willing to relocate.
