Margaret Double Bay is on the hunt for Sommeliers to join our wine team.
Margaret Double Bay opened in October 2021 and has quickly become one of Sydney’s busiest restaurants. Our focus is our guests. We aim to provide friendly service; the highest quality produce Australia has to offer and a truly memorable experience. Neil believes that hospitality is a memory making business and we strive each day to create magical memories for our guests and our staff alike.
We are looking for experienced Sommeliers with a strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine who have a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry.
WSET and/or CMS education is preferred but not essential, however, a passion for wine and service is.
Key duties will include guest service, stock-taking, stock receival and cellar management.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a diverse, dynamic team and during nights and weekends will be desirable traits.
