We are recruiting Sommeliers with premium dining experience to join our incredibly skilled, international team.
You will report directly to our Restaurant Manager.
We have both casual, part time and full time positions available.
Successful candidates must have:
- Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Knowledge of wine and food pairing; with focus on Italian, French, and Australian wines
- Understanding of COGS
- Fluent spoken English
- Formal hospitality qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of employment experience
- A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork!
