What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will engage directly with high profile public and private sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority asset and operational related problems. You will also:
- Work on some of the most inspiring private and public sector programs focussed on the Energy and Resources industry
- Work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance
- Involve regular travel, gaining valuable consulting experience, sharing and collaborating with onsite management and other senior inhouse consultants
- Lead and coordinate project workstream delivery with a focus on outcomes and impact, shaping and guiding junior staff
About the team
The Specialist Assets team work with clients across the breadth of their Asset Life Cycle, with core support areas being:
- Assist businesses determine the optimum balance of performance, cost, and risk for their assets, and align their team on a plan to deliver these targets and continually improve
- Undertake modelling and analysis to assist clients select the most appropriate assets for their business, apply the optimum plans and tactics, and support them with infrastructure and technology
- Evaluate and transform their maintenance performance and improve their asset reliability by improving tactics, practices, culture, work execution, and eliminating defects
- Assist clients plan, monitor, review & improve the integrity of their critical assets and prescribed equipment, including a focus on statutory compliance.

In response to strong client demand for our services, we have several roles for outstanding Senior level practitioners with extensive Asset Management and transformation experience.
You are someone:
- who has worked in Industry at Line Leadership or Senior Engineering levels, with a strong focus on Maintenance and Asset Management practices
- has highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
- has strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills
- has experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports)
- has curiosity to learn and proactivity bring forward ideas
- has experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
