About the role

We are seeking a Part-time or Full-time Speech Pathologist to join our team. 

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and contributing to the growth and development of our patients and families. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Speech Pathologists and occupational therapists
• Manage a small caseload of paediatric clients
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
• Lead in-clinic small group programs 
• Assist in new graduate training as well as managing students on placement
• Participate in leadership strategy and planning discussions

• Minimum of four years’ experience in paediatric therapy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clinical skills in assessment and development of interventions in paediatrics
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – able to communicate with a range of stakeholders on varied levels
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology 
• Registration with SPA
• Police check
• Permanent working rights with no restrictions
