Key Duties and Responsibilities
Livestock Management: Provide comprehensive attention to the health, nutrition, and general well-being of 1,500 Angus breeders and 4,000 Merino and composite ewes.
Pastoral Management: Develop, implement, and oversee a rotational grazing program.
Maintenance and Repairs: Basic experience with farm machinery maintenance and repairs.
About You
- Proven husbandry skills and a high attention to detail, particularly with animal health and nutrition
- Familiarity with regenerative farming methods and principles for holistic land management
- Clear communicator possessing a responsive, can-do attitude, and the willingness to work autonomously
- Appreciation of the natural environment and a commitment to sustainable farming
- Ability to maintain accurate records for accreditations, audits, and general farm management
- Must hold a current open driver’s license
