Description: Oversees all mail receipt and scanning processes whilst providing support and advice to the PVA supervisors to mitigate risks and issues that arise during operations. Responsibilities include overseeing mail receipt and scanning processes, implementing efficiency measures, and mentoring team supervisors. Proactively addressing operational risks and providing progress reports are key. Must have strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective team leadership and conflict resolution.

PV Enquiries Senior Supervisor Position

Description:Play a key role in monitoring operational KPIs, training operational staff, troubleshooting issues, completing daily runsheets/checklists, generating reports in the Election Management Application (EMA), and reporting to the CPVCC Operations Lead. Responsibilities include leading and managing operations, developing strategies for enhanced customer satisfaction and efficiency, monitoring KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and providing training and support for staff. Key skills involve prior experience in customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Essential criteria for all positions:
