- Manage the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support for Supply Chain systems, including SAP, Coupa, and other related systems.
- Ensure proper integration and data flow between various Supply Chain systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, and oversee system upgrades and enhancements.
- Promote the adoption of digital technologies, such as barcoding, B2B platforms, and automation, to enhance Supply Chain efficiencies.
- Lead initiatives to standardise and streamline Supply Chain processes across the organisation, promoting consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Implement continuous improvement practices, and other process optimisation techniques to eliminate waste and drive efficiencies.
- Manage and coordinate projects to optimise Supply Chain operations.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies throughout the Supply Chain processes.
- Develop and implement functional performance metrics.
- Establish a robust reporting and analytics framework to provide real-time visibility into Supply Chain performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support functional performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse Supply Chain data, identify trends and patterns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain management, with a focus on systems, processes, and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiencies through strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and process optimisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain management software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
