The Supply Chain Finance Operations Excellence team is transforming processes to drive business efficiencies and step changing reporting in Supply Chain Finance service delivery.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Senior Analyst for this permanent position.  The key goal is to work on change initiatives, generate business insights, drive efficiencies and better business outcomes.   The role is responsible for the financial management of Supply Chain G&A and Security costs, supporting Stock Loss management and SOX Inventory Compliance, co-ordination of BPM Month End and OE Benefits Reporting, and providing financial support to the Supply ChainOperational Excellence and Supply Chain Finance teams.  As part of the Supply Chain Finance Reporting Program the incumbent will also identify, prioritise and deliver standardised, automated report developments to reduce time spent on manual & duplicated reporting processes. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Supply Chain G&A and Security cost management, partnering with leadership teams on month end reporting, annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Stock Loss reporting and management across all business functions, fortnightly and monthly performance reporting, forward forecasting of risks and opportunities, co-ordinate and drive stock loss mitigation actions.
  • SOX Quarterly Inventory Count Compliance.  Centrally co-ordinate and monitor 56 individual stock counts across national Supply Chain sites and management, early identification and rectification count compliance risks, escalation where necessary.  Manage auditor requests.
  • BPM Month End and OE Benefits Reporting.  Co-ordinate broad team of Supply Chain & Finance managers to report their monthly BPM (Business Performance Management) results and commentaries, maintain centralised templates and models.
  • Lead specific report development initiatives as part of the Supply Chain Finance Reporting Program, work across Supply Chain and Finance teams to develop functional specifications, partner with BPT to develop the reports, and deliver the program within agreed timelines.
  • Develop reporting SCF team capability using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan and other systems.  Develop training material & run change management to embed the new reporting and new management routines.  Educate stakeholders, drive adoption of self-service reporting.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

  • Supply Chain / Sales Finance experience 2+ years
  • Experienced in end-to-end delivery of reporting automation (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce / IT related discipline
  • CA Qualifications (preferred) 
  • Strong hands-on system skills – SAP, S4Hana, Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan skills highly regarded.
