1. Work together with Lead Supply Chain, to determine, implement and monitor purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans for the entire Supply Chain Function for ANZ business
2. Carry out the material planning activities to ensure sales targets are achieved with excellent customer satisfaction.
3. Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost
4. Coordinate national inventory tasks including cycle counting, reconciliations, and stock reservations to promote and improve inventory accuracy.
5. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
6. End-to-end coordination of all local and international purchase orders and associated logistics to facilitate continuous supply of product to customers and supporting marketing initiatives
7. Operate record systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensure re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times.

Support S&OP outcomes by liaising with other departments to gather and share relevant data, monitor forecast accuracy, and contribute to root cause analysis and recovery plans in conjunction with category, sales, and customer service functions.
9. Work with cross functions to resolve customer complaints in quality and delivery to improve customer satisfaction.
10. Oversee the recording of purchase, storage, and distribution transactions. Maintenance of Supply Chain related master data in ERP system so that records are retained.
11. Support Supply Chain Function on assigned projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
