Senior Supply Officer - Supply And Logistics

An exciting opportunity exists for the Senior Supply Officer to undertake a range of tasks associated with the effective operation of the physical distribution of Clinical Consumables and other products. This includes receipting, distribution, delivery, support and management of imprest storage locations to ensure delivery of high quality, client focused Supply Chain process to clients.

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Perform functions associated with the receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of clinical consumables; equipment (clinical & non-clinical) and other
• Perform delivery functions, in accordance with schedules and requirements, to meet customer needs.
• Support to Imprest storage locations including: maintaining bar code labels up to date, removing empty boxes & maintaining the storage locations in a neat and tidy.
• Undertake computing tasks including: scanning of assigned Imprest locations in accordance with the approved schedule, reporting; stores management (stock requirements / materials management) and catalogue.

Salary between $2510.50 - $2631.50 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (OO3) (temporary position available).
