- Project Coordination: Achieve effective coordination for various projects and initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to streamlining processes for administrative efficiency.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient operational delivery.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as a conduit between senior managers, stakeholders, colleagues, and clients.
- Employee Documentation: Monitor and process employee documentation accurately.
- Financial Administration: Assist with financial administration for business unit objectives.
- Staff Training Support: Monitor staff training for smooth division operations.
- Administrative Guidance: Provide support and advice to various administrative teams.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate functions, events, travel, and catering.
- Quality Management: Contribute to improvements in the Quality Management Documents System to meet organisational quality goals.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff.
- Information Integration: Synthesise information from various sources to create briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Committee Support: Assist Best Care objectives through supporting committees and project teams with meeting packs.
- Correspondence Preparation: Draft professional correspondence.
- Action Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on actions, briefings, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating administration and project services for executive-level roles.
- Research skills to source and maintain up-to-date knowledge, materials, and methodologies.
- Highly developed communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) for effective liaising at all levels.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting priorities.
- Analytical and reporting skills for conducting training needs analyses and reporting on service outcomes.
- Computer literacy in word processing, collaborative tools, and presentation software.
- Negotiation and influencing skills to align services with stakeholder needs.
- Strong administration and coordination skills to assist business unit requirements.
- Team focus to contribute to project teams and organizational objectives.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities to support business unit needs.
