Your opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our thriving team. This job is perfect for someone who’s been a Survey Manager or Coordinator, or an experienced Surveyor ready to take on more responsibility.

Location:

You’ll be based in our Perth office, offering vital support to our survey teams throughout Western Australia and managing assets on a national scale.

Role summary:

As a Senior Surveyor/Survey Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating FIFO projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and uphold our high standards. Your responsibilities will involve supervising survey teams, managing assets and logistics, training staff, and serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, all while driving business development and overseeing recruitment efforts.

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced with FIFO project work.
• Proficient in Leica Survey equipment and Liscad and 12D software.
• Skilled in staff management, data management, and client liaison.
• Knowledgeable of current engineering surveying techniques.
• Capable of working independently with exceptional organisational, communication, and management skills.
• Focused on career progression, detail-oriented, and customer service-driven.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the surveying industry.
• A relevant surveying qualification (Advanced Diploma, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
