We are seeking an experienced Senior Sustainability Advisor to support the Project Managers, National Environment and Sustainability Manager (NESM) and our Sustainability Lead on our projects based in the Southeast Suburbs of Melbourne
Based in Berwick, this role collaborates closely with our project teams and will be a site-based role.

About the role:
- Assist the National Environment and Sustainability Manager (NESM) with the development and implementation of corporate procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Support Project Environmental Managers [EM’s] and Project teams in meeting sustainability delivery & reporting requirements.
- Assist in sustainability audits and validations.
- Support the construction team during the project start-up phase & delivery of Projects.
- Delivery of sustainability programmes and initiatives.
- Support the NSEM and EMs in the coordination and implementation of Design and As-Built Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) v 1.2 sustainability rating.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Sustainability or other applicable disciplines.
- 5+ years’ experience on infrastructure civil or rail construction projects, specifically site experience.
- Experience in ISC v1.2 & understanding of V2.1.
- IS Accredited Professional (ISAP).
- Current C-Class Driver’s License.
