- Have proven experience delivering special projects over and above BAU activity, including consolidation, complex migrations, cloud adoption and establishing/proving DR capability.
- Experience working within an IT service desk environment, experience in supporting Windows operating systems, preferably Windows 7 and Office 365.
- Experience in Active Directory administration
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and documentation skills
- Experience in AWS or Azure would be highly regarded.
