Our client is looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to join their infrastructure team for a 6-month contract!

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operation, management, and support of the group's IT platform.
• Ensure that IT changes are implemented within the framework of ITIL, minimizing any adverse impact on business operations.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for resolving technical issues promptly.
• Maintain current and effective communication channels with key stakeholders.
• Provide support and engagement to a diverse customer base across various locations, including office and site-based settings.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams within the broader IT group.
Skillset
• Prior experience in a similar role involving the support and administration of medium to large-scale IT environments.
• Exceptional customer service skills coupled with strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and PowerShell.
Experience with:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Virtualization (VMWare)
- Office 365
- Thorough understanding of data center servers and storage systems
- Commvault
Additional desirable but not mandatory experience includes:
- • Citrix
- • Microsoft SQL 2012+
- • Cisco Networking
