Senior System Administrator (Pega)
Location – Parramatta (Flexible working arrangement available)
Employment type – Ongoing Full-Time
Clerk Grade 9/10, Salary ($120,859 - $133,183, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The role is responsible for providing expert support to business units utilising the Pega Platform. Included in the roles responsibilities is to ensure that the applications are kept up to date with hotfixes and enhancements deployed in a timely manner
What you’ll do
Pega Platform Support is an exciting team which is responsible for supporting DCJ’s Pega Applications and Platform and has become the large scale CRM Platform of choice for the Department.
You will be required to monitor performance and security logs, manage user audits, collaborative with managed service providers, advise on project work, adhere to DCJ’s policies and procedures as well as other general system administration tasks. This role reports to the Technical Team Lead - Pega.
The Senior System Administrator (Pega) will provide expert support in the following areas:
- Pega Cloud Operational support, Maintenance and Enhancements
- Support and troubleshoot application issues
- Provide recommendations and deliver minor enhancement work
- Monitor environment performance and availability
- Assist business units with UAT for deployments
- Provide knowledge and assistance to junior team members
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a Pega System Administration role
- Be competent managing and maintaining Pega Cloud Environments
